Soccer Update!!

This is what he does great .."Taking it up the line!!!" It is so exciting!

So Cade is doing great in Soccer he plays both offense & defense & plays his little heart out!...He has not scored a goal yet but he had a shot on Goal this weekend he is saving them all for the end of season :) His Team was in First but dropped to Fifth with the loss this weekend. BUMMER!

Star Student of the Week ! & then... a new class!

We are so proud of Cade we were in the 2nd week of school & he has already gotten the "Star Student of the Week Award" by being such a great kids in class, always helping the teacher & by alway doing his work in class as he was told.......WAY TO GO CADE! We are so Proud!

THEN.......

We got even better news!

Cade was chosen to move out of his First Grade Class, & go in to a First & Second Grade Combination class. This is because the class was to full so they needed to move 2 out of his class & he was "the best reader in the class, as well as needed to be challenged much more because he was very advanced" the teacher said.

This is so neat because the class only has 3 First graders in it & he is one of the 3!!! So today we started the new class with his new teacher Mrs. Craker she informed me that he will be doing second grade work as the rest of the class will be doing. The Kids were so much taller than him..gesh! Mom & Dad are so excited to see him really excel this year!!

He's a First Grader Now !!!!!!!!!!!

We had a Great Summer ..But every great thing must END..

Cade started First Grade today..Whahooo!

He is at a brand new SCHOOL that just opened Today so they do not have the school quite finished yet, & Cade had some complaints!

Here are somethings that Cade did not like about the first day of school:

1. The sinks did not work in the bathrooms in his building, so he could not wash his hands for Lunch...This is a BIG one!
2. A worker came in the middle of class to ...Fix something...How Dare HIM!!
3. They have duties in class, & one of them is ...Picking Up Trash!! doesn't want to do it!
4. The girl he sits next to Jaylynn...is really MEAN! Maybe she likes him!!

Some things Cade Liked about the first day were:

1. The Big Playground (no more Kindergarted playground)
2. One of the class duties is taking role in the class..he can't wait for that dutie!
3. He asked a kid "Do you want to be my Friend" the kid said yes! He was stoaked the kid said yeah! Cade said "you won't have any friends if you don't ask!"

He got his name on Super Student Today!

We walk to & from school with Gianna.

It is going to be a Fun Year!!
